How it all began

Sometimes an idea arises exactly where two worlds almost touch – but fail to connect.

Tetyana worked for many years as a director of an international company. During this time, she built a strong, well-established network abroad – based on trust, experience, and genuine relationships. More and more often, people from various countries asked her: “Can you help me find a job in Germany?”

At the same time, in his work as a consultant, Ralf repeatedly heard the same sentence from companies: “We simply cannot find suitable workers and skilled professionals.” The demand was there. The motivation was there. But the connection was missing.

It became clear to us: both sides are searching – but they struggle to find each other. In between lie bureaucracy, uncertainties, cultural differences, and missing structures. Exactly where opportunities should arise, obstacles emerge.

What initially began with personal placement and a great deal of commitment gradually developed step by step. Individual successes turned into experience. From experience, structure emerged. From structure, a well-thought-out system grew.

And ultimately, this led to the logical consequence: a digital, transparent, and scalable solution.
